It has been a while since I have posted but I have been outside loving summer. I went with my boyfriend back to his home town Cape May, New Jersey about 2 months ago to visit his family, explore, and surf. I received my Lolli swim tie-die sports-bra-style top right before I left. This was my first Lolli purchase and I couldn't wait to soak up sun and try it in the surf ( because I got it for a surf top.) I feel like the top really goes with a lot and looks best with my pale blue monique L*Space bottoms (not pictured.) After a fun little surf I made Tommy (boyfriend) take some akward photos of me showing off my Lolli. I really enjoy being on the other side of things but sometimes when I can't find models or want great pictures of fun memories, I will be doing the "modeling" and posting it. I do not think I am any kind of model but believe all bodies are beautiful and I just want to post what I am into. We also got to enjoy some of the famous Jersey board walks which were a little different then I had imagened I realized last year. We also took some pictures at the Hereford Inlet Light House. Where we stopped to enjoy the hydrangeas and show how effortlessly my two new favorite bikinis mixed matched. The Billabong maui maui string bikini with the Rip Curl Mirage. Both of these are super soft fabric, awesome cuts, and very affordable. The Rip Curl Mirage is my favorite suit for surfing two seasons in a row. Back to Lolli - I love the colors, super cute cut, and 90's feel. It seems like everyone is on the 90's train, and why not - it's sexy and fun in a creative way. This post is for all of us who stayed up late making up dances to Spice Girls and kissing Leo posters. What I love most about this post is that while I was searching for my favorite pictures, I was reminded how fun and loose "style" is now. It is popular and fresh, and I'm excited to see how street fashionistas take pieces from whatever era they want and let them flow together seamlessly...that every fashion era has a "We are wild, free and going to do whatever we damn well please" attitude and face. The 90's are just my favorite... maybe because it's the most colorful.
